After we left our room this morning, we went to Abbot’s
Lobster in the Rough in Groton, CT. We
enjoyed our lobsters with a few photos to prove it.
We drove to our boat in Wickford, RI, unloaded our luggage
and left again. We had an appointment at
the Apple store in Providence with the technical department at 4:00. Of course it was located in a big mall,
Providence Place. We were able to figure
out the closest part of the parking ramp to get to the store. While Dave waited and talked to the
technicians, Alice and I shopped at Bed, Bath, and Beyond and Macy’s. We ended up buying a new MacBook Air. Ours was 6 years old. There were several parts they could replace,
but we’d still have an old laptop. It
really is our lively hood, so we bit the bullet.
