February 1, 2017 Black Point, preparing for guest

Today, we did some rearranging in the boat to make room for company.  Kaitlin Schneider is the daughter of our good friends, Gene and Colleen Schneider of Sturgis, SD.  Kaitlin is working in the Bahamas, based out of Nassau, for a few days.  So she had made arrangements to join us for a few days on our sailboat.  She is the International student recruiter for Black Hills State University in Spearfish, SD.  What a job!!  She will be going to Viet Nam later in February.

Dave worked on the fiberglass again today.  I took all of our winter clothing out of our closet in the v-berth.  We sorted through what could now be stored.  Then I was able to take some of our provisions off of the salon floor and store them in that closet.  We gave up on hanging any clothes in there after the first year of living aboard.  They always felt damp from the humidity.
