April 13-14, 2019 Governor's Harbor to Rock Sound, Eleuthera

Saturday
Erin, Joe and I hiked across the island today to see the ocean side.  We originally planned to tour the Levie Plant Preserve, but changed our minds after the long hike.  It was 2 miles one way to the preserve.  We spent a little time at the beach just beyond the preserve. We had a drink and a couple appetizers at Tippy’s.

When we got back into town, we picked up a few groceries.  Dave came in to get fuel and to pick us up.   About 3:30, we moved about 10 miles south to another bay, Ten Bay Beach.

Sunday
Dave, Joe and Erin snorkeled the rocks at either end of the bay this morning.  I stayed at the boat to do a little cleaning and organizing.  About 1:00, we moved to the south end of Rock Sound.  Along the way, we caught a mackerel, which we had for dinner.
